I've not seen this one, least I don't think I have. Fabio Testi and Enrico Maria Salerno in what looks like Amadio's last film.

DVD coming in August from Surf, no English options, 16:9 enhanced.

Never seen this before but seeing as Amadio is such a great director (LA MINORENNE,AMUCK etc) and this label have put out some stunning dvd's (I RAGAZZI DELLA ROMA VIOLENTA,PROVINCIA VIOLENTA etc) i'll be snapping it up,fingers crossed Surf will start releasing more of the genre again soon.

Any idea where the English dubbed version had a VHS release?

There is a greek release,  i had it a good few years ago, a picture of a gun in a holster on the cover i think.

Not a great film, it's more like an old fashioned melodrama than a late 70s crime film.  Very disappointing as I agree that Amadio's a more than decent director.  Yep, this was on Greek VHS, with the gun on the cover...

Enjoyed this but have to agree with Matt about it being more of a melodrama rather than a full-on crime film, infact i thought it was quite similar to Alfonso Brescia's ZAPPATORE in places.
The Surf Video dvd looks great but has no English options, only extra is a trailer.
