This is a Spain | Switzerland | UK | USA | Argentina co-production so I thought it fits into the euro-exploitation forum!

Anybody here into this nice exploitation film by the maker of THE ITALIAN JOB? I created a 16:9 disc, using the Norwegian VHS print. It is letterboxed and the subs are on the black bar. So I cut off the bars along with the subs and the result is a fine, subtitle-free, uncut and widescreen print! Many thanks to Oliver (demented_uk) for helping me out with the software I used.  I will be able to trade soon so anybody interested can drop me a PM.

Is the Norwegian print uncut?  I've heard that the Swedish tape is the uncut version and the Greek one was the cut version.

By uncut I presume you are referring to the extended ending?

I seem to remember Brad Stevens writing in The Darkside that the UK tape (which may have been a bootleg) was badly cropped and features the short ending - I could be wrong, though.

Norwegian print runs 100 minutes. Here's a screenshot:

I've got that Recon Game tape (Kestrel Gold Video). A mean film – Deliverance meets Deer Hunter – if my memory serves me right... it's been a while since I last saw it. Great cast: Peter Fonda, John Philip Law, Richard Lynch and William Holden. Shame there isn't an official release as of yet but good to hear about your version Vigilanteforce.

I would be interested in a copy.  I just finished a fandub of the French disc of Peter Collinson's TEN LITTLE INDIANS.

I've got the Kestrel tape but unfortunately there's some damage towards the end of the film but I don't think I missed a great deal. I liked this one and would pick up a DVD if one ever came out here. I like the artwork on the Kestrel tape which is a sort of drawn version of the US tape (forget which label it's on).

I have that Re-Con Game Kestrel tape too and it was missing footage for sure - apparently Simon Andreu's part was removed, does the print in question here have that footage at all?

Imdb trivia:

Quote
Veteran Spanish actor Simón Andreu is credited with the role of "Barman" in the cast listing during the credits of all three of the English-language versions, but his performance not actually present in any of those prints in the versions which have turned up on home video.
