Identify the actors in Eurocult

I've long been mystified by two actors who are uncredited in two Italian films.

The first is the actor in 1978's Perfect Crime, starring Joseph Cotten, Gloria Guida and Leonard Mann.

The actor in the bowler hat in the car at 20 secs in I'm sure is Kenneth Benda, a British actor died in 1978, shortly after the film was released. He's also in Scream and Scream Again, Horror Hospital and the Peter Cook-Dudley Moore Hound of Baskervilles.

The other query is in the actor playing Martin the fireman in Pumaman by Alberto De MARTINO. He'd seem to be a British actor, as all of his bits are in London, like fellow Brit Peter Cellier, who appears in the British Museum bit and is in one site credited as Martin, but having grown up watching Cellier in such shows as Dr Who the episode Time Flight and Keeping Up Appearances, it certainly isn't him.

I wonder where his scenes done in Italy or in London. I wonder did they have him in the car, or did they do those scenes in Rome, with back projection. He was 76 years old, I think, so maybe for tax reasons, they kept him in England.

Think of the cheapest way to film his scenes and you have your answer.

Has anyone else spotted Brit actors in uncredited roles in Euro-horrors of non-british origin but perhaps UK filming.
