i think that his director guess or knew a lot about terrorism in italy, his organization, his strategy, also characters of his men... all was discovered only years later, and it appears very strange
Agreed,there's some real similarities between the film and what happened with the Brigado Rosso,Aldo Moro etc a year or so later.


Maybe the terrorists saw the film and it inspired them?

hum... no, i don't think so

but i think that the director was very close to terrorism, he knew too much things discovered later...
