the eyes look different between tge this and the blu ray artwork.

Her chest and elbows drop further down past the train, Trans Europa (possibly Siberia?) is more prominent on the side of the train on the DVD art, the blu-ray art has been altered to make the monster look more like it's coming out of the trains smoke stack, the background colours on the blu-ray art are generally lighter in tone, white steam has been added along the bottom edge of the train in the blu-ray art, etc

My guess is that the artist isn't very good at drawing wheels.  :-\

This is my second favorite Horror film after Lady Frankenstein. Was kind of surprised to hear the news that they are putting a new version out, but that's awesome. Great cast (Telly Savalas kickin' butt as usual), great monster, great soundtrack, and one of the plot devices also used in Four Flies adds up to a classic.

Noticed this has been moved to Nov 29...can't find a review online. I guess no review copies have been issued.

It can still be had for $13.99 on amazon, which is a good price i think

Thanks, I put my order in. Can I remind anyone ordering more than one title that the personal import allowance changes from £18 to the stupidly low £15 come November  :('s

Sources for the images?

Also, it's the first time I've ever noticed that they've misspelled Christopher Lee's name in the opening titles.

modified above with Image caps added:
1 - Cinema Club (previously posted)
2 - VZ German DVD (previously posted)
3 - Image Euroshock
4 - Severin Films

Lee and Cushing's names do not appear above the title card in the Spanish version because Angel del Pozo is given third billing above the title.

I watched the Severin Blu Ray this evening, looks good, print looks a bit worn at the start but gets better, looked a bit like a dvd at first but as soon as you saw peoples faces could tell it was  Blu. Well worth getting, even for those you haven't got a blu ray player yet as it is a dual format release.
