I love Jeunet's films - reminds me I've still not seen A VERY LONG ENGAGEMENT.

I just watched this - it's great fun. Some really inventive visual gags and quite surreal. Definitely worth a look.

I hated this for some reason. Too 'Quirky' for its own good. Realised at one point that the whole film consisted of shot after shot of people mugging towards the camera, plus the excessive golden brown grading job, that made the whole film feel as if the negative was developed in the toilet.

Love Caro & Jeunet's earlier films, but I felt so-so about ENGAGEMENT and can't stand AMELIE.  That said, the MICMACS trailer reminded me of DELICATESSEN, which I dug, though as Pricey notes, a little bit of quirkiness for quirkiness's sake, can go a long way.

I'm definitely going to see it.
