We've watched 16 of the episodes so far (in order); can't say that I thought any of them were 'snoozers'. Kind of stopped for a while because we started piling through the ARMCHAIR THRILLER boxset.

Any good, I've got that but haven't opened it yet.

We're really enjoying it. As a child of the seventies I have the occasional flashbacks whilst watching them; but even without that most of the stories stand up today.

Probably the mood I was in at the time but 'An Echo Of Theresa' just didn't do anything for me at all.

There's no debating it. Live with it.

I'll try, though it may be a struggle.

What's your favourite episode so far? Clemen's fave was 'A Coffin For the Bride' apparently. Might stick that one on next.

And as a child of the 80s I've thought they were all good

Don't really have a favourite - they all sort of follow the same basic plot quite consistently; there's just a few that weren't as good as the rest.

can't say that I thought any of them were 'snoozers'.

Probably the mood I was in at the time but 'An Echo Of Theresa' just didn't do anything for me at all.

I didn't expect to like it when watching the opening teaser but I found it entertaining.  I also liked the more comic K IS FOR KILLING (with Gayle Hunnicut and Stephen Rea).

Out of the ones I've watched so far I've liked POSSESSION (with John Carson), ECHO OF TERESA, COLOUR OF BLOOD (enjoyed Norman Eshley as the psycho), MURDER IN MIND, ONLY A SCREAM AWAY, K IS FOR KILLING, I'M THE GIRL HE WANTS TO KILL, COME OUT COME OUT WHEREVER YOU ARE (with Carson and Linda Day George), SCREAMER, A KILLER IN EVERY CORNER, WON'T WRITE HOME MOM - I'M DEAD (with Pamela Franklin and Ian Bannen), SLEEPWALKER, and THE NEXT VICTIM.

IF ITS A MAN HANG UP is okay.  LADY KILLER was boring for the first two thirds until the twist at the end.

SOMEONE AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS, A PLACE TO DIE, SPELL OF EVIL, ONCE THE KILLING STARTS, KISS ME AND DIE, and ONE DEADLY OWNER are bad.

I saw MURDER MOTEL and THE KILLER WITH TWO FACES in their "feature" versions on tape some time ago.  I didn't think much of them then but I don't remember so I'll have to see them again to decide.

The titles that I have not mentioned above are the ones I haven't seen yet.  I haven't been watching them in sequence.  Sometimes I put one on because of the cast listing.

I was at a car boot yesterday and there was a guy selling a set of these on DVD. Thought he’d probably want £15 for it, max. £30 is what he said. “£30?” I asked before turning my back and walking away. £30. At a car boot sale. Haha.

The complete series is being released in Canada but it's only twelve discs compared to the Network sixteen. There's an Australian set with eighteen discs and a couple additional extras including a commentary with John Carson on IN POSSESSION but it seems too pricey to import when I already have the Network

Am chugging my way through this slowly at the moment. Bit like trying to run through treacle for me, and generally I love TV of this vintage.

Been putting this off for so long but finally went for it during the ITV sale for the absurd price of £15.60 shipped. Now have to find time to actually watch it among a load of other stuff I've got recently. Wish i'd had the cash to grab Armchair Thriller. as well. I seem to remember the one with the Nun shitting me up a. bit when I was a kid especially.
