I reckon so, they released three out the four seperately in English in Germany. Formula Uno never got an English dub as far as i am aware.

The only one I have on this label is Superbulle Jagt Den Paten / Squadra antimafia / Little Italy Which has English audio.

In that box set you seem to get...

Der Superbulle mit der Strickmütze / Squadra Antiscippo / Cop in Blue Jeans - English audio

Beware of these German box sets. Eventhough the single releases have the English dub doesn't mean the releases in the box set will. And according to ofdb.de which are usually very reliable none of the movies in the set has anything but the German dub.
