Normally marketed as "Demons 3" Lamberto Bava's TV movie from the series of three films "Brivido Giallo" is a little gem in my book. (the other two being "Per sempre" (Changeling 2) and "Una notte al cimitero" (Graveyard Disturbance).)

A lot of people may dismiss this but i find it quite enjoyable, good direction from Bava and with some of the camerawork you can see where he had learnt his craft from his father and Dario Argento.

A pleasing score by Simon Boswell (is this available anywhere?) fits the film perfectly.

and Sabrina Ferilli looks gorgeous in it 8)

I'd not seen this for a good few years and watched it again this afternoon.

The problem with this one is the ending. Before that, I really enjoyed it...

I think the ending works.  There's kind of a thread in some of Lamberto Bva's films of dispelling fears of the dark (including BLADE IN THE DARK, GRAVEYARD DISTURBANCE, and even DINNER WITH A VAMPIRE) rather than being consumed by them.  In the latter two films, characters survive wagers to spend the night in haunted places (which protagonists in earlier Italian gothics usually do not).
