They're no doubt trying to match the covers with the quality of the film itself.

I was working on a short film towards the end of June, helping out the director who's a friend.

I got talking to one of the actors and Argento came up in conversation, I spent about 5 minutes pointing out how utterly shit Dracula was, then he casually remarked "I did some of the English dubbing on that one..."

He didn't think much of it either.

Later on the director of this short film was telling me that he was at the Dracula premiere in Rome and (apparently) Argento leapt on stage before the film all enthusiastic proclaiming this is a real horror film! (or something to that effect) Seems he believed he'd directed the next 'Suspiria' of his career by all accounts.

UK release apparently, I'm shocked it's taken this long for it to be picked up by a distributor...
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Dario-Argentos-Dracula-Thomas-Kretschmann/dp/B00MNBTNSE/ref=sr_1_140?s=dvd&ie=UTF8&qid=1408109075&sr=1-140

haha 12,99  ???
If you want it on BD, the Italian BD is currently selling for €6.99 on DVDLand.it (if you buy it with another title of that promotion, which is a 2 items for €6.99 each; if you buy just one title, it would cost you €9.99).
Here's the listing:
