Just so I haven't got this wrong...

Dario Argento is remaking Dracula in 3D and it's being financed by Bruno Mattei's (RIP) former producer?

How can it possibly fail?!

 ;D

no guarantees it will be a success mate.
if it was argento of his golden era id say it was certain to be a hit.
but he is sadly past his best,so ill wait and see.

He was being ironic.

This poster is a masterpiece if you compare it to the "Giallo" poster for the sales of Cannes 2008... :-* :-\

Oh Christ - those are two of the worst posters I have ever seen!  :-\

Is this still happening?
I seem to recall Argento denying he was directing this film soon after it's announcement.

I reckon there is a possibility it was probably real and has been mocked so much before it has even been made it's now been made out to be a joke to save face.

I still need to see Giallo! lol

You don't. Trust me, you really don't!

As for Dracula in 3D. Hmmmm. I know 3D is all the rage at the moment, but does Argento really need to resort to such gimmicks? Actually, yes, he probably does. That aside, forget 3D, Dario, and how about actually making a decent film? Come on, mate, I'm convinced that you've still got some good movies inside of you.

Totally random post, but last night I dreamed I was present during the filming of Dracula 3D, as a guest of Argento.  :-\
Yeah, I know, the film isn't even shooting yet...

Thomas Kretschmann, who was a great psycho in "The Stendhal Syndrome", will be "Dracula" (3D)...and of course Asia will play in the film ;D ;)

Good for Asia, she'll get a little bit of cash out of it.

Apparently, Daria Nicolodi is also in it. She will play the role of Dracula's wife. A werewolf ghost, I was told...

Anyway, I'm sure you will love it.
