Simple answer. E-M-S owns some several companies. The "e-m-s new media AG" is a daughter of "e-m-s sales GmbH" (which is filed for insolvency) and not directly in the same situation. They'll use a new distribution way through "3L Entertainment" which was responsible for the theatrical releases of "e-m-s sales GmbH". There are only a few titles wearing the "E-M-S" mark. All new releases wear "3L" .....
didn't work, it seems. last month (may 2010), "e-m-s media AG" has also filed for insolvency. the HP is down, and there's no sign of e-m-s-stuff being released by 3L.
