Danilo Mattei stars as JosÃ© Moya Merino 'El Rata' (Ratsy) a petty criminal sentenced to 20 years for murder but got released early during an amnesty, unable to find a job he goes on a robbery but the police are on his tail and he holds up in a small house on the outskirts of Madrid with a sick eight year old girl as hostage.

I saw a fandub of the DVD, there is a Spanish Blu Ray but it's Spanish only.
