The cover is a cropped scan of the Australian VHS release and I'm betting if its widescreen, it is a boot of the likely unauthorized German release that was only sold on eBay.

I figure it's worth mentioning that the PR disc is a DVD-R, not a DVD. It's also only 82 minutes long which I assume is cut because I've seen other bootlegs for sale that claim to be 87 minutes. :/
