The Italian Blu-Ray and DVD releases contain English (and German) subs. I got the Blu-Ray last week (which also includes a DVD copy of the film) and it's a nice-looking release. I think it came out in May. There's a partial commentary by Placido, but it's in Italian with German subs only.

Stephen came over today and we watched it, fantastic film, highly recommended.

We watched the U.K. Blu Ray which was released a week or two ago.
