First screenshot comparison between the upcoming BD and an older PAL dvd (upscaled for easier comparing). Sorry, clicking orgy ahead:

The planned extras have also been announced. Looks like the definite package:

+ Video commentary by Gaby Fuchs, Percy Hoven (the director's son), Udo Kier, Dieter Menz, Wigbert Wickert and film historian Uwe Huber
+ Audio commentary by Michael Armstrong
+ Interview with Udo Kier
+ Interview with Herbert Fux
+ Interview with Gaby Fuchs
+ Interview with Ingeborg Schöner
+ Interview with Michael Maien
+ Interview with Percy Hoven
+ Audio interview & slideshow with Herbert Lom
+ Extended scenes and outtakes
+ German trailer (in HD)
+ US trailer (16:9)
+ US trailer (4:3)
+ Poster and picture gallery
+ Music video "Witches! Witches Rest in Peace!” by "Get Well Soon"

I like this film a lot, so I am really excited!  ::)

Looks impressive although I wonder what will have English subs. I saw the caps earlier and think they look good.
