I've found this spy movie with George Hilton, Paolo Gozlino and the beautiful Nieves Navarro only in a spanish copy from vhs source; quality not so good as you can see:

I don't know if maybe some of you is also registered there, but this forumer skadog seems to have a great-looking copy, also with english subs.
Any of you got this version, maybe?

There's an excellent remastered copy on CG - with English fansubs by Nefasto

It doesn't look like the English dub is around - or it would almost certainly have been a dual audio copy.

Dub or sub is fine by me, as long ad I can understand it it's all good.

CG is an abbreviation of the private tracker Cinema-geddon The print you are referring to was uploaded on CG by Skadog and as DjangoLi mentioned, has also been fansubbed. Run time 77 mins. Hope that helps.
