Has anyone seen any of the hardcore films in which some of these actresses have done over the course of their careers? Has any of it received any legit DVD releases, or is it all pretty much grey market/bootleg material? Really curious to see some of it. Call it morbid curiosity...

I believe it. Still would love to see 'em someday! I've seen screencaps of some Schubert and Senatore ones, and I've watched one of her flicks with Jean Marie Pallardy (A Very Special Woman), but it was pretty softcore.

I have some of the Senatore and Carati ones on a hard drive somewhere. As Tanzi said, Carati is off her tits and at the lowest ebb of her career. They're actually quite sad and embarrassing to watch to be honest. There was a website where they were all available for download but can't remember the name of it. Will post the title of the site if I can remember but I'm also sure that a thorough Google search will yield some results.

Haha. Yeah, I've seen some on Google Image search, but never got 'round to catching any of the films. Is there any truth to Senatore working as a prostitute after her film career dried up? The back stores (and, in the case of people like Carati, their tragic nature) is fascinating to me!

How about the male stars? I remember seeing Tony Kendall in HC-film. Can't remember the title, but looking at imdb maybe it was the 1989 film Thrilling Love by Maurizio Pradeaux? Tony kept his pants on, but certainly knew what kind of film he was making.
