Twisted Celluloid @ Halloween kicks off tonight with Excision! "Writer-director Richard Bates Jr.’s debut feature is one of the most extraordinarily odd, impressive films of the year, riffing on teen and horror conventions, showcasing remarkable acting and telling an affecting, shocking story with precision and wit" - Empire Magazine. The film starts at 6:15pm, supported by the short film The Diary Of Anne Frankenstein.

The second film tonight is Antiviral, the directorial debut of Brandon Cronenberg (following in the footsteps of of his father, David). "The expectations may have been unfairly high, yet [Cronenberg] surpasses them by delivering a deep, engaging, and beautifully shot art house horror film" - Bloody Disgusting. This film starts at 8:45pm and is supported by the short film Pandora's Shadow.
