Yeah, i think this is a disgrace. Personally those missing 6 secs are non essential to the movie so i can live without it but to be asked to pay 5 pounds for a replacement disc is beyond a joke.

Wanting people to pay because they fucked up!

There is a simple solution to this, one I remedied a long time ago. If you don't buy their products you won't get stung.

They fucked up on THE BEYOND replacements and sent out more than they sold. That's why they're doing it this way.

I read that but a simple spread sheet with addresses and names would put a stop to all but the most dedicated fraudsters if they limited free replacements to one and recorded where they were sent, eh?
