Does anyone know the origins of the title "The Ghastly Orgies of Count Dracula"? Allmovie says that that's the name of the one hour sample but is there any evidence (e.g. video cover)?

I added "The Ghastly Orgies of Count Dracula" imdb title myself, many many years back - I had an original 70s world sales brochure with that title. And there was originally an English dub available too which has never surfaced as far as I'm aware, although there were rumours it once had a Greek release.

But sadly some fucker nicked the brochure from my old flat, and I've never seen another one since.

Bummer... I actually quite like that title. I heard that Polselli wanted to shoot alternate footage for the English cut like he did with Delirium.

The first time I watched this movie, I hated it. But after a while, I've come to love it. The problem with the film is that it drags so much. The burning scene could easily have been trimmed to around 5 minutes (or at least focus on the reincarnation aspect rather than endless shots of Isabella burning). Nonetheless, I love the combination of Gothic horror and exploitation and "Black Sunday on acid" is a great way to describe it!
