Well I reviewed it back in 2009 but never got around to posting, since then the lovely BCI DVDs have long disappeared and don't seem to have been reprinted by anyone.



It is certainly not a mere Exorcist clone and certainly has some original ideas - Naschy himself said that he actually wrote it before the American film came out and I can believe this, although some elements have clearly been adapted to fit, namely the actual exorcism itself. Not a bad film by any means (and so probably disappointing if you want a comedy "bad" movie), just rather too slow to go anywhere and too brief on the action. A rare chance to see Naschy as the good guy.
