I saw at RockShockPop that Severin are releasing several Barbara Steele classics in one package.  The films are:

NIGHTMARE CASTLE
CASTLE OF BLOOD
TERROR CREATURES FROM BEYOND THE GRAVE

  • "So many films...so little time."

I hope for a release of Barbara Steele's "An Angel For Satan" by someone.

Severin already have the licence for 2 of those they are putting out so its probably to test the waters. I want to see The Ghost on Blu next if the sales are good enough.

It looks like US versions only for two of the films, I'd like to see them release the Italian cuts AND the US versions on individual discs, along with any alternate scenes from European versions, sadly it doesn't look like this will happen, probably licencing and budget put a stop to this, damn shame!

Another gem i hope they get is Polselli's 'The Vampire and the Ballerina' [L'amante del vampiro].

I think that's the reason why they've labeled those two films as 'bonus features'. 2k scans though so they'll be nice to have regardless. I've preordered it...

A couple of early reviews, sounds like NIGHTMARE looks great, TERROR CREATURES is OK & CASTLE is a bit tatty.

I'm in the UK and my copy landed in London yesterday according to the USPS tracking site. I would imagine they're customs friendly but I'll let you know in the next couple of days!

I only ask because I was under the impression they don't ship outside of the US and Canada. Fingers crossed...
