Still haven't got a copy of this, but am waiting for Xploited to get it in.  Since the dollar is worth less each day, it's getting harder for me to order stuff from Europe  :-[

Eurocult gods willing I'll get my copy next week still in brand new condition. I ordered it from xploited almost 2 weeks ago and the bleeping post office routed it to California rather than NY. DUH.

It looks fabulous, thank you to the gentlemen at Pollanet for doing this.

P.S. Can you do one on Tomas' westerns too?

This is a VERY handsome book, with a nice CD bonus. My only minor quibble is that the version of the ROMA A MANO ARMATA title theme is not the original vintage recording, but rather a new version. That's a track I'm on a quest for, so I s'pose the quest continues...

(Anybody know where I'm going to find it? I'm especially looking for the ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON variation of the title theme.)

Too bad, I didn't order mine through moviegrooves; mine was seriously over priced.

I'm going to have to do comparison shopping between Moviegrooves and other online sources.

How much did you pay if you don't mind me asking? The Milian book was £17 before P&P and the two including P&P came to £43. I've decided that I'm going to spend more on quality rather than quantity from now on and with items like this they don't tend to stay in stock for long or have limited print.

In fact I just dished out another £30+ for the Pinky Violence book & CD..... My credit card bill is not going to be pretty next month.....

You'd better start getting the rest of your Queen Mother-related memorabillia on eBay then, Rich.  :-\

$42 w/postage.

I, too, am working on stopping the impulse shopping.

Yours is a good lesson Richard. Stop and think before I spend.

Anyone want mine?

I haven't played the cd.

Will do.

Off topic!

A mate of mine used to get really angry if the news used to run stories about the Queen mother, when she was alive. It was always around the time he came home from work and was eating his tea. Seeing her used to put him of his food!  :-\

Question about the book portion of this excellent set:

In reading the reviews for the Nico Giraldi movies, I noticed that 1979's SQUADRA ANTIGANGSTERS is called the "last episode of the Giraldi saga" and then 1979's ASSASSINIO SUL TEVERE is called the "first of the Sergio Corbucci series."

What is meant by this? Anyone? Pollanet?
