I don't think it endears them to anyone. At least offer a preorder deal or something to make it more attractive, especially as you're paying upfront which is the main reason I couldn't at the time.

So they're now giving away a copy of Body Puzzle with it direct from Raro. Do I chance ordering direct or not....

Shame they didn't do that straight away.

Bit of a kick in the teeth for those that showed loyalty and pre-ordered.

Especially those of us who are still waiting for it ! Will i ever recieve that replacement disc, i'll keep you posted !

Got a quick reply from Raro. Just have to buy Night of the Devils and they'll add Body Puzzle into the order.

Just received my stuff today and it only took 12 days ( the same time as my arrow stuff ), with a customs friendly price as asked.

Loved the film by the way, great stuff. I hadn't read any reviews of it & didn't know what to expect, so I was very pleasantly surprised that it was...

based on the same story as the Wurdulak segment of Black Sabbath. I always thought that section would have made a great full length film.

It reminded me of a Hammer film in some aspects, its a lot more harder edged but has a very gothic mood. Not my usual type of thing but a decent watch. I ordered the dvd and it looked nice so BD should be great.

Well I have to admit, Raro have been impressive so far with me. Ordered in the early hours of yesterday morning, got an email from them saying they were shipping that day, then an email from their handler with a tracking number that shows as in transit.

Not expecting it any time soon with Christmas in the way but they've done their part well.

Well the delays are due to our crappy customs (Canada anyways) but Raro could at least reply in a reasonable amount of time.

Having said that I finally got a reply and apology saying that my E-mail was in their junk mail.

I've found their service to be very good... they emailed me a few days ago to check I'd received my blu-ray of NOTD – I did, a few weeks back.

Canada customs is awful. I once sent a DVD from northern Virginia to Toronto and it took six weeks thanks to them.

A tracking number !!!!! Wow now there's a novelty, shame they couldn't send me one for the package i'm STILL waiting for, or it's replacement which also hasn't arrived !

I don't think it's fully trackable. Looks like the customs form number so it's probably only trackable while it's still in the U.S. but at least it provided proof of shipment.
